Mountain View, CA, February 6, 2022 – Leading managed detection and response (MDR) provider LogicHub today announced that Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Monica Jain and CISO Darryl Taylor have been named Gold Award Winners in the 2022 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards. Jain was recognized as Cybersecurity Woman of the Year and Taylor earned CISO of the Year in the annual industry awards.

Jain is an innovator, entrepreneur, and veteran of the security industry with over 20 years of experience in SIEM and cloud security. After hundreds of conversations with organizations struggling to stay ahead of new emerging threats, she co-founded LogicHub with Kumar Saurabh in 2016 to help CISOs solve increasingly complex security challenges.
Prior to founding LogicHub, Jain served at ArcSight for over 10 years, culminating in managing the flagship SIEM product portfolio. Previously she was Director of Product Management at CipherCloud where she created and managed the Cloud Security Analytics product division. Jain earned her Master of Computer Science degree as well as worked as a researcher at Stanford University and Carnegie Institute of Washington.
Taylor is a 20-year veteran in the information security field with extensive experience in security analytics and threat detection. As LogicHub’s CISO, he is responsible for every aspect of the company’s security posture delivering its 24x7 MDR/ SOC-As-a-Service, managing an expert team of threat hunters, SOC analysts and incident responders.
Taylor led the development of the Army Research Lab’s SIEM software as well as the Army Reserve Cyber Analysts. He served in the US Army as a senior security architect, and in the United States Army Reserves as a network defense team and SOC leader. He managed security operations at several of the world’s leading companies including Deloitte & Touche, Apple, Dell SecureWorks, and Arthur Anderson in security research, architect, and leadership roles. Taylor holds computer science degrees from the US Military Academy at West Point and The Johns Hopkins University.
