Kumar has 15 years of experience in the enterprise security and log management space leading product development efforts at ArcSight and SumoLogic. He has a passion for helping organizations improve the efficacy of their security operations, and personally witnessed the limitations of existing solutions in helping SOC analysts detect threats buried deep within mountains of alerts and events. This frustration led him to co-found LogicHub™ to empower cyber analysts by building intelligence automation, not just analytics. Most recently Kumar was Co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Sumo Logic. Previously, he was the data architect at Mint.com which was acquired by Intuit. Kumar was also one of the early engineering leads for the analytics and solutions team at ArcSight, and saw the company grow from zero revenue to IPO. Kumar earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and B.S. in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur.
Monica is a veteran of the Security industry with over 15 years of experience in SIEM and Cloud Security. She worked at ArcSight for over 10 years, culminating in managing the flagship SIEM product portfolio. She saw the company grow from zero revenue to IPO, and ultimately acquired by HP for $1.5B. Monica is driven by a zeal for advancing cyber security from its current state of information overload. After hundreds of conversations with organizations struggling to stay ahead of new emerging threats, Monica co-founded LogicHub™ to help CISOs sleep better. Monica is the winner of the prestigious Women In IT Awards for Security Champion of the Year (2018). She is also a frequent speaker at leading security conferences around the globe, and has been featured in numerous trade publications for her insights on security operations. In addition to ArcSight, Monica was previously the Director of Product Management at CipherCloud where she created and managed the Cloud Security Analytics product division. She has experience in creating new products at startups as well as managing mature product lines at large public companies. Monica earned her Masters in Computer Science degree as well as worked as a researcher at Stanford University and Carnegie Institute of Washington.
Peter is passionate in scaling up the operations of different teams at LogicHub. His first role at LogicHub was VP of Engineering. Peter shaped the software delivery process and in parallel helped build a strong team in India. His current focus is to align different teams and the Customer Success Team to deliver true values to our customers. Prior to LogicHub, Peter was Senior Director of Engineering at Sumo Logic, leading the teams responsible for data analytics and infrastructure. He joined as an early engineer and quickly identified the need of scaling and created an effective hiring process to recruit top engineers. Peter did research in computer security at Princeton University, earning an M.A. He received his undergraduate degree in Engineering and Computing Science from Oxford University in England.
Mark drives Sales and Business Development with a passion for customer success. An industry veteran, he brings over 20 years’ experience with leading enterprise security and infrastructure companies. He has held leadership positions including SVP of Sales and Business Development at Vapor IO, Head of Business Development at Mesosphere, and was employee fifteen at SumoLogic where he built the sales team from scratch and led the Amazon Web Service alliance. Prior to that, Mark was at BMC Software where he was Manager for the West Region and led BMC’s worldwide go-to-market with Cisco’s UCS server group. Mark has also driven sales success at Akami Technologies, and BladeLogic where he played an important role in the ramp up to the company’s IPO and acquisition by BMC for $800 million.
Willy leads the marketing team, with over twenty years of experience and innovation in outbound marketing, communications, digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and product management. He has worked with a wide range of global enterprises to help them meet evolving security challenges. With extensive experience in a range of IT domains including application security, network security, global data privacy laws, data loss prevention, access control, email security and cloud applications, he is a frequent speaker at industry events and author on IT security and compliance issues. A graduate of Stanford University, he has held marketing leadership positions in the US and Europe, at Virsec, CipherCloud, Axway, Websense, Tumbleweed Communications, and Secure Computing (now McAfee).
Sarika drives product development and engineering to deliver on LogicHub’s mission to reshape the cyber security landscape through confluence of security intelligence and automation. She has broad engineering experience, having led the search team at Sumo Logic, building and running petabyte scale systems. She was also a software developer at Microsoft developing software in the IoT space, building content ranking algorithms for the Bing search engine, and developing mobile apps. A graduate of IIT, Kanpur in Computer Science & Engineering, Sarika believes in investing time in social ventures and volunteered in the past as a National/International Math Olympiad Trainer.
Darryl is a 20-year veteran in the information security field with extensive experience in security analytics and threat detection. As LogicHub's CISO, he is responsible for every aspect of the company's security posture delivering its 24x7 MDR/SOC-As-a-Service, managing an expert team of threat hunters, SOC analysts and incident responders.
Darryl led the development of the Army Research Lab's SIEM software as well as the Army Reserve Cyber Analysts. He served in the US Army as a senior security architect, and in the United States Army Reserves as a network defense team and SOC leader. He managed security operations at several of the world's leading companies including Deloitte & Touche, Apple, Dell SecureWorks, and Arthur Anderson in security research, architect, and leadership roles. Darryl holds computer science degrees from the US Military Academy at West Point and The Johns Hopkins University.
As a 25-year information security veteran, Ryan brings a wealth of customer empathy to his role as head of product management at LogicHub. With early experience in security consulting, Ryan taught classes in white hat hacking, cryptography, and intrusion detection, and has secured the networks of major telcos, banks, health care providers. As head of solution development at ArcSight, Ryan shifted his focus to product management and brought numerous solutions to the SIEM market including regulatory compliance offerings and a first of its kind identity monitoring solution. Prior to LogicHub, Ryan served as VP of Product Management at a cloud infrastructure security provider. Ryan earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Georgia.
